Salaried GP Position or Partner at Whinfield Surgery,Darlington. JCPT vocational training certificate or equivalent accreditation required. Applicants must have a high standard of conversational English.
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic GP to work with us within Whinfield Surgery to provide high quality primary care services to the practice population.
The surgery has a population of 12,000 patients and is a modern friendly PMS practice. We have 5.5 WTE partners and 3 salaried GPs Our out- of- hours are covered by Primecare a local deputising company and we are supported by Emergency Care Practitioners during our normal working days AND we no longer work on Saturdays.
The practice is fully computerised (INPS - Vision) and we have palm held computers with full access to our clinical system for use during our visits
The practice supports professional development and there may be opportunities for sabbatical leave funded by Darlington PCT.
Fresh coffee is available all day in the practice manager's office !!
Remuneration levels are highly competitive in relation to local norms.
