This is for you, the user of health services, to let off steam. Let's hear what you have to say about our service at Whinfield, the health care available locally and in the NHS as a whole. Send an email to FEEDBACK@whinfield.co.uk with "(Soapbox)" in the body of the message. Unless you request it we will publish your email address at the foot of the piece. As an alternative we will append your initials so that other correspondents can refer to what you have written and we may want to reply ourselves! Of course, contributions must not be offensive and should not refer members of staff or other patients by name. We reserve the right to edit contributions accordingly or not to publish them at all.
