Please note that we have a SEARCH ENGINE on this site and there are extensive links in our links directory.

Please note that this resource is for our patients only so we require your initials, date of birth and post code which we will check against our database to confirm your identity. If we cannot positively identify you then we will not be able to answer your query. Please allow a week or so to receive your reply. Only factual questions of a fairly general nature can be dealt with and we cannot refer to the content of previous consultations in the surgery as this potentially breaches confidentiality. Also we cannot enter into extensive correspondence as a face to face consultation would be a more efficient use of time if your query is more complex.
